Sales are 2am in the morning here always. Would be great if you changed the to be later PST sometimes so people in different time zones can sometimes have a chance at buying.
Stones are always good quality. But quite frankly I HATE the sales. Way , way too long!

Got another shipment of beautiful gems exactly as described yesterday. Love the special cut lemon quartz, well matched lavender chalcedony and pallasite meteor. I just ordered some fine hard to find green jadite and cant wait for that!

I've been your customer for a while, and it is because I'm always happy with what arrives in your carefully prepared package to me, just what I was expecting....I appreciate the multiple photos you use in your posts of stones for sale, showing different angles/ views so I can really get a look at many aspects of the stone before I commit. I think your customer service is great, thank you always for those gift stones, and your thoughtfulness at holiday time. The one negative for me is the flood of "followers " I get every time I participate in a sale....I don't have enough time in my day to spend hours on IG blocking/ deleting accounts I'm not interested in. I have recommended your sales to many people I know, and many of them have made the same observation. Never happens to me when I buy on IG from other vendors... that is the one negative for me. Otherwise, only thumbs up!
I think you have some really nice stones at great prices. But I would like to see the sales move much quicker- I don’t know why there is so much time between the posts? There should be a time limit to the sale, also because I can’t dedicate hours to see the stone I’m interested in.

Start selling lots and not single stones! Single stones are more profitable to the stone seller (which is u) and not for us buyers..lots are beneficial to both parties and I agree with @dandyliondesigns11 always tell us what the “ Gift” stones are. The suppliers I work with now have a fixed amount. For example, for every $100 order of mine, I get to choose my free gift stone/stones! This makes sense because there is no point of me receiving a gift stone I do not like and I’m never gonna use!
I've been buying crystals for many, many years in person at gem shows, so this shop was the first I bought from through IG. The stones are all great quality, real, well priced, and are securely packaged for shipment. I was nervous the first time but have made several purchases and was never disappointed! I had some issues with my post office and @cabochonsforsale was great at communicating with me and doing their best to make sure my packages arrived safely. Every order was a positive experience. The PayPal invoices arrived quickly and were ready to pay. My only suggestion would be to include a physical invoice of the cabs, but I know that can slow down the operation so it's not a big deal.

I actually have wanted to buy from you. You have beautiful things. However, I find the lots WAY too large. It's extremely frustrating to have to scroll through 20 or more comments trying to figure out what is still available for sale. By the time I can figure it out...all the stones are sold. I wish you could list the stones in smaller groupings (i.e. 6 stones in a grouping. ) That way a potential client can quickly see that all are sold in a grouping and get ready to claim something in the next grouping.

I would love if your sales had a max length. Sometimes I’m waiting upwards of 3 hours for you to post one stone and it’s not always conducive of my time. Having a maximum length sale of 2 hours and max length in between posts of 7 max mins would be incredibly considerate to your clients.
All items should just be updated in the site and listed for sale there. It’s a huge turn off watching claims come through on posts in IG just for people who are glued to their phone.

I’ve been a long time watcher, now first time buyer. My suggestion for the “still available” cabs you have. Make a new hashtag for them so they are actually findable. Too many other sellers have started using that hashtag and it makes your stuff extremely difficult to find through everyone else’s.
I know you have a large operation here so this is particularly difficult, but I do find that you leave comments up advertising available stones after stones have been claimed. It's hard to find your available stones when your comments say that things are available when they're not.

Along with being more specific on the treatment of the stone (sometimes it states that the stone is natural but sometimes it does not – I love knowing if the stone was heat treated or not and where it comes from ???? ). I was reluctant to order via Insta, since I had some bad experiences with other sellers in the past. But I gave it a shot last year and since then I am a loyal customer ????. The communication was swift, the stones are beautiful and the quality is great ????. The only thing I would see as an improvment, would be to know what kind of stone is in the gift package, as this is always a nice suprise, but I cannot always tell what it is. The only bad part from participating in your sells is that for the next days I need to cleanup my followers list as it gets swarmed up with other sellers pages and it ruins my advertising profiles for Insta -but this means you ate doing a great job, haha

Some sellers use lighting tricks or edit the photos but with this seller what you see on the screen is what you get. I was not disappointed in any of my stones. My only complaint is that I’m not fast enough on the posts and now I want to order multiples of their stones! ???? I will be buying again for sure! Thank you!
It would be great if you can have a ‘backup’ for every bid. For some of us we run on a different timezone and stayed up late just to bid on your stones - I have seen some stones that I failed to bid on being available on the website (and of course it is sold out). It would be great if you could implement backup bid so the second in line can have priority - we put in effort to be here to bid after all.

I have purchased quite a few stones for over two years now. I've liked most, they are good quality, and love the affordability. A lot of the Hubei turquoise I've gotten has uneven backs, and it would be great to have it backed. They are still gorgeous though. I got one huge piece, and I'm not sure if it's natural or compressed, so not sure I feel comfortable telling folks it's natural. I will probably use it for a personal piece of jewelry. I buy mostly from the web page as I was getting too frustrated participating in the weekly sale. I usually check a little after the sale is over to see what's still available, and find nice stones each time. I have had a few shipping glitches, but it was mainly due to Covid stuff. One time I ordered a large amount of stones from the webpage the day after Thanksgiving, and I didn't get it until nearly February. I was very frustrated. That almost made me quit buying. I had some communication issues surrounding some orders that were taking a long time, and that also was frustrating. However, once I spoke to the right person, things got straightened out, and I was pleased. I enjoy buying from the webpage, so my feedback would be adding new things to it more frequently. Overall a good experience, and I love my stones. Pretty, pretty. My favorite: radial cut white moonstone circles. They are so unique and wonderful and sparkly. Other favs are cobalto calcite druzy and chrome diopside druzy. They have exquisite Malachite and sunstone too. None of the stones has ever broken while setting. Lots of variety in stones, cuts and finishes. ????????

I unfortunately had a horrible experience. I was acknowledged that I won several stones then in the end I was told someone else got them. I did get one out of the three I “won” but t they couldn’t tell me what one I did end up getting. When I did get the one I got it was good quality. I would suggest making a quick comment as people win for each listing. I’m very hesitant about buying again if at all.

I would like for you guys to put less in one package, please. I have had many of the stones I bought from you damaged by too many items being crushed in to one box. The stones chip or split and then I can not use them. I LOVE buying from you all but please consider allowing more room for the stones in between the foam pieces you put in the boxes.
Very happy with multiple orders. Honest, well described gems and treatments when applicable. Many other dealers AUTOMATICALLY claim “Natural or AAA grade” for all postings which is often not true and exaggerated quality. Shipping from India to Hawaii is often slow, as expected, but only $5 with upgrade available. I feel this seller tries hard to be the best (note how often his IG name is cloned) and his knowledge of gems and communication are very good. ????????????????????

Would like to request more rough face cabs and cabs with flat backs. More bicolor stones! Also more lower grade/included gem stones(topaz, tourmaline, sapphire, emerald ect) But really love the variety of stones!

Your gemstones are the most beautiful that I have bought. You also have gemstones that I have never seen with other sellers, like the lepidocrocites are so unique! Your prices are unbeatable. My only complaint would be in your doublets I have a couple that the glue that you use to stick them together gets opaque and you can clearly see that, those stones become useless. Otherwise the service is great ????

Great service, price, packaging, communication skills, accurately described gems and treatments, reasonable shipping rates, easy to combine gems from diff week sales, and often a pleasant surprise. Many of us are BOMBARDED with aggressive pushy sellers with dubious gem descriptions. Several have even copied a variation of this sellers name, trying to trick you to buy from them. My only complaint is that the best gems are already claimed by the time i can see the post. Its a feeding frenzy of buying, but that shows how popular his offerings are. There were a couple small labradorite stones I bought one time and they had small chips on the back. If I had known about the chips, I wouldn't have bought them. So if a piece has a small chip or break on the back, maybe you could note that in the description like "imperfect back" or "small chip on back of #8 ." I also love to buy stones that are polished on both the front and back. I have some larimar from you and it's absolutely stunning, I love it, but it's not polished on the back. I think mentioning in your description "front polish only" or "both sides polished" would be wonderful. Other than those 2 things, I love your stones! I can't wait to buy more. ???? More gold rutile and labradorite doublets, please! Also, maybe you could try gold rutile quartz and rainbow moonstone doublets. ????
